In its teaching and research activities EURA, cooperates with the Research Centre of European Private Law (ReCEPL), established by the Law Faculty of Suor Orsola Benincasa University which carries out research on Private law at European level in a comparative perspective. The Research Centre aims to provide advice, to draw up proposals for legislation in cooperation with institutional bodies and with universities and national and international research centres, also in order to develop specific advanced training courses. ReCEPL works together with the Neapolitan Section of the Academy of European private lawyers, the Observatory of uniform European private law, the CoForLaw centre - Comparative and Foreign LAW as well as with the Faculites of Law and Political Sciences of other Universities (Federico II, and Second University of Naples, University of Milan, University of Rome), to implement research projects co-financed at European or National level on the standardization of contract law in Europe (tools and methods), to prepare project of uniform laws, as well as to disseminate its resreach. | |

INBOTS is a H2020-CSA bringing together experts from the different disciplines involved in the understanding and acceptance of Interactive Robotics. INBOTS fosters the collaboration between four pillars, namely: players that are deeply involved in commercialisation and marketing of robotic systems; academic or industrial experts that are currently realising efforts in researching and developing new robotic technology; partners with a background on social and legal science, which have been actively participating in current discussions about robotics and about responsible research and innovation action; end users, policy makers and general public, who areactively involved, informed and trained on current and future developments in Interactive Robotics. The INBOTS projects aims at fostering the debate on legal, ethics & socio-economic aspects; developing accessible and multidisciplinary education programs; foster standardization and benchmarking strategies; develop a regulation and risk management framework; and incourage societal and socio-economic uptake. |

| FRICoRe is University of Trento's Research Project. The FRICoRE project aims to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU law in consumer protection, migration, data protection, health law, non-discrimination focusing on the EU Charter and taking into account the impact of digital technologies on vulnerability and enforcement of fundamental rights, and to provide guidelines on effective enforcement by courts, administrative enforcers, ADR bodies. INBOTS Areas of Expertise are: Entrepreneurship and non-technical support to SMEs; Debate on legal, ethics & socio-economic aspects; Accessible and multidisciplinary education programs; Standardization and benchmarking; Regulation and risk management framework; Societal and socio-economic uptake. | ||
