YOUTH EU PARLIAMENTARY HEARINGS: DR. EPISCOPO PRESENTS EURA's RESEARCH

On the 23rd of January 2019, Dr Francesca Episcopo, one of the EURA's Junior Fellows, was invited to discuss different aspects of the regulation of new technologies before the ITRE Committee, at the European Parliament in Brussel.

The audition took place within the framework of the EYE Parliamentary Youth Hearings, which were organized in different parliamentary committees as a follow up to the European Youth Event, held in June 2018, at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, where Dr Episcopo was invited to speak in the discussion panel "Robots: a New Force Awakens", together with Dr Tatjana Evas and MEP Andreas Schawb. 

During the Youth Parliamentary Hearings, selected EYE participants were invited to present some of the most innovative ideas developed during the EYE2018 as "idea givers".
