EURA's Director - Prof. Andrea Bertolini is presenting today at the BILGI IT Law Institute's event on AI.

Prof. Bertolini is discussing the risk- management approach to liability for AI and the need for a technology-specific regulatory strategy.

Together with other renowned scholars, Andrea Bertolini is also debating on the possibility/necessity of creating an AI legal personhood, and on the European Parliament's resolution of 20 October 2020 with recommendations to the Commission on a civil liability regime for artificial intelligence.
