The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) is the main promoter for the training of European judges, prosecutors and judicial trainers. The aim of EJTN is to consolidate a common legal and judicial European culture, coordinating judicial training exchanges and programmes, disseminating training expertise and promoting cooperation between EU judicial training institutions.
From May 31st to June 1st , Professor Andrea Bertolini took part in the course on "Civil liability due to AI", as lecturer. The objectives of the event were:
- Gaining awareness of the specific challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the context of civil liability;
- Analysing and comparing national and EU rules already in place;
- Obtaining knowledge of the EU legislation on the subject being prepared.
